28. 807 Rock St (1920)

Example of adaptive reuse, this 1920’s warehouse was redesigned into contemporary office suites facing an interior courtyard in the year 2000. The red brick exterior and openigs are original and while multiple fires ravaged the interior over the years, some interior plaster still remains as an historical feature.
