Each April, during Georgetown’s famous Red Poppy Festival, Preservation Georgetown opens the historic Grace Heritage Center to the public. Visitors are invited to step inside this beautifully preserved 1881 church to enjoy a quiet moment amid the festival excitement, learn about our city’s architectural heritage, and discover the ongoing preservation efforts that keep Georgetown’s history alive.
