This simple one-story commercial building was added to the block after the brick and limestone Victorian structures. Utilizing existing masonry walls, the wood frame facades were sheathed with stucco and stamped metal.

Fun Facts:
1. This building, and the one next door, were owned by Bill Edmiston for his State Farm Insurance business. He expanded to both buildings in the 1980s.
2. Todd Hargrove now has the State Farm Insurance Agency in this building.
